FAQ ABOUT MARKETING HEALTH CHECK
Who can benefit from the Marketing Health Check packages?
The Marketing Health Check packages are designed for businesses who have been using marketing for at least 1 year. Businesses that are new & have used very little marketing or have never used it all should consider one of our Marketing Kick-start packages. Sessions can be delivered as a 1 on 1 service for business owners, senior managers or marketers or for groups made up of business owners, senior managers & marketers.
What’s the difference between the Health Check & Action package?
The Health Check & Action packages provide you with an in depth review of your marketing plan & activities, as well as a checklist to help you better understand & implement recommended updates. However, the Action package also includes coaching sessions. These sessions are designed to provide additional support & guidance to help you gain & develop the skills you need to start making changes.
I’m not sure if I need the Action package – can I change packages if I need to?
Yes. If you purchase the Health Check package & decide that you need the coaching sessions to help you implement your checklist, you can upgrade to the Action or Bespoke package before your check in call. If you have purchased the Action package & would like to change to the Health Check package, you must do so before your coaching sessions begin. Bespoke plans cannot be changed to other packages.
I haven’t got a marketing plan, but we’re working on a number of different marketing activities. Can I still purchase a Health Check package?
Yes. Even if you don’t have a marketing plan, your review sessions will consist of walking you through each step of the planning process. This process provides you with notes & guidance to help you create your first marketing plan, while the checklist gives you a detailed account of new activities to consider.
How do online sessions work?
We use secure video conferencing to deliver your sessions. This allows us to work with you, face to face while also giving all participants the opportunity to share multiple screens & edit each others’ documents. Your sessions can be recorded & shared with you too; no note taking required.
Can I have my free 30 minute consultation call on the same video conference software that you use to deliver the Health Check packages?
You definitely can – just let us know that you’re keen to trial the online meeting room when we speak. We can have a trial meeting set up for you in seconds!
How do I book & pay?
Booking & payment options are discussed on your free 30 minute consultation call. Part payments can also be confirmed at this point in time.
If you verbally confirm & schedule your booking, you will need to pay your deposit or the full price (depending on whether you would like to pay up front of via a part payment plan) within 3 working days. Payments can be made via invoice & bank transfer or Stripe. If payment is not received within this time period, your reserved dates & times will be made available to others.
When can I request a refund?
If you cancel your booking 21 days before your first session, you will receive a full refund with no further invoices to pay. If you complete your first session & decide that this isn’t the right option for you & your business, let your consultant know as soon as possible before your second session & any payments you have made will be returned, minus your non-refundable deposit.
If you’re unhappy with the service or feel as though it isn’t what you expected, please share your expectations & needs with your consultant. Our services are incredibly flexible, & while we’re very happy to issue your refund (provided it’s requested within the required time-frame), we’re also able to tailor your package to give you the support & guidance that you need.
Can I change the date of my first session?
We can change session dates for you free of charge, however, it’s unlikely that your replacement date will fall within the same week. A delay on your first session may also mean that other pre-booked sessions will need to be rescheduled.
