How many hours of support can you provide for my marketers?
The level of support provided depends on the package selected. If you feel that your marketer requires more time, a bespoke package is recommended. Please book your 30 minute consultation call for more information.
How are your support sessions delivered?
Support For Your Marketers is delivered via secure online meeting rooms. Use of these online rooms allows face to face communications as well as screen sharing & document editing by both (or more) participants. Sessions can also be recorded (subject to approval by yourself & the participant/s) & sent to participants so they can spend less time taking notes & more time learning.
Can support sessions be delivered in-house?
At this point in time, all support sessions are delivered online. Some bespoke packages may be able to be delivered in-house, however, this depends on availability & package requirements.
My marketer doesn’t need everything in the package I’m interested in. Do I need to pay for it all?
In such cases, it may be possible to create a bespoke version of your package. Your consultant will be happy to discuss options with you in more detail during your consultation call.
Can you provide support for more than one marketer?
Absolutely. A 1 on 1 focus will be much more effective & is highly recommended. However, sessions can be tailored to meet the needs of up to 3 marketers at once.
I don’t have time to train my marketing team – can you help?
Yes, team training is available. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
Do you offer training across all industries & marketing channels?
Training is offered across most major industries & marketing channels. However, if you request help & you’re from an industry that we haven’t worked with before (& aren’t at all familiar with) or you’re in need of a specific type of marketing that we don’t feel that we can provide enough value on, we will let you know immediately. In such cases, wherever possible, we will do our best to connect you with an agency or consultant who can offer you the help that you need.
How does the 30 minute consultation call work?
You’ll fill in the short call back request form & we’ll arrange a time for our consultation call. During our call, we’ll discuss your business needs, what you’re hoping to achieve & how we can help. We’ll also be happy to answer any questions you have about the service or your consultant’s industry experience.
How much do your Bespoke Support packages cost?
This all depends on the services that you need, their duration & the number of marketers we will be providing support to. After your free 30 minute consultation call, you will receive a quotation based on your needs. This will outline all recommended activities & costs. During your call, please do not be offended when our consultant asks about your budget for the service – this simply allows us to understand what we can offer, ensuring that the quote is within budget. This also reduces the number of questions & concerns after receiving the quote.
What if I’m not happy with the Bespoke service quote you’ve provided?
Get in touch as soon as possible. We want you to have the support & guidance that you & your marketers need – we’ll set up a call to discuss your concerns in detail.
How do I pay?
After accepting your quote & signing the contract, you will receive an invoice with bank transfer details. Where monthly payments have been agreed, you will receive an invoice 2 weeks before a payment is due. Please note that unpaid invoices may result in your sessions being cancelled – full details can be found within your contract & should be read in detail before signing.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you cancel your package booking 21 days before your first session, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit. If, after your first session, you decide that the service isn’t right for you & your marketers, we will issue you with a refund for all money paid minus your non-refundable deposit. Please note: the deposit applies to all packages, whether paid upfront in full or on a monthly payment plan.
Before cancelling or requesting a refund, we strongly recommend discussing any concerns with your consultant as alternatives are always available.
Can we change our session times?
Yes, session times can be rescheduled free of charge. However, please be aware that your new session time might not be available for over a week. If you have pre-booked other sessions, they may need to be rescheduled too.
